YRU - New Beginning

YRU had some loose ideas about incorporating an hourglass into the artwork for their album New Beginning, but otherwise gave me free reign.

I took inspiration from 1980s Japanese illustrations, and this style was carried through with the font choice and the rest of the artwork.

The bird character is called Hugo and appears on all YRU’s album covers!
